About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Technology (IT) Specialist to manage and support our technology infrastructure. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across all departments, maintaining systems security, and enabling effective communication through reliable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff

• Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data protection

• Manage IT inventory, software licenses, and system updates

• Support onboarding by setting up user accounts and workstations for new employees

• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT services

• Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans

• Document IT procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting guides

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles

• Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems

• Proficiency in managing IT tools and platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus solutions)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously

• Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications are a plus)
