BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The management team is currently made up of Dr. Yemi Isiba and the management staff. Together with the board of directors they run the company.
The board members are professional with over 20 years of administrative, financial, and sales management experience. They assist with management decisions on daily operations and the long-range planning necessary for a continued growth. The team is made up of the following:
Dr. ADEYEMI ISIBA, Dott’Arch
Dr. Adeyemi Isiba is presently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Diosis Agro-Allied Ltd., holding a variety of agribusiness leadership roles in the U.S. and Africa.
Prior to founding Diosis Ltd., he was the Managing Director of the Lagos State New Towns Development Authority (NTDA). He was responsible for the design, development, and construction activities of new towns.
He is a graduate of the prestigious University of Studies, Chieti, Italy, where he earned a Doctorate degree in Architecture and Urban Design. He also holds an HND in Interior Design and Decoration from the Institute of Arts, Italy.
He is a member of NCARB, NIA, and ARCON. Dr. Isiba is happily married with children.
CHIEF MRS FATIMA ISIBA
Fatima Awoyoola has 25 years, post graduation and hands on experience in Agribusiness and real estate development . She oversees legal and industry affairs, communications, foreign trade support and environmental functions. Before joining Diosis, She has worked as Farm Manager,
Product manager, Business Development Manager, Chief operations officer of various companies in Nigeria and abroad. Currently she is the Managing director of Minerva Integrated services, Limited, a company concerned with the provision of portable water and PET products.
She has a bachelor of science in statistics from University of Ife and Senior Management Programmed graduate from Lagos Business School. PGD in Computer Engineering from University of Lagos
ROMODE B. ISIBA
He is a business development and HR professional with experience in strategy, talent development, and stakeholder engagement across various sectors.
He joined Diosis Group after serving as a Business Development Consultant at Larosa Integrated Services Ltd., where he was responsible for regional business strategy and external relations with clients, government bodies, and partners.
At Diosis, he has served in key roles across HR, Marketing, and Sales, and has led the Capacity Building and Development unit, focusing on recruitment, retention, and employee growth.
He is passionate about building strong teams and driving long-term organizational success.
TUNDE ODUNUGA
Engr. Tunde Odunuga is an accomplished agribusiness professional, farmer, processor, and consultant with over 30 years of experience in international trade, commodity processing, and economic development.
He currently serves as the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Abodsuccess Ltd., where he leads strategic initiatives in oilseed and edible nut processing, agrochemicals, and fertilizer distribution.
Engr. Odunuga has been a long-time consultant to Diosis Group since its inception, offering deep insights into agribusiness operations and market development.
Over the years, he has worked closely with global companies and government bodies, managing high-level relationships and contributing to policy and trade discussions at both federal and international levels.
ENGR. ISMAIL BALOGUN
Engineer Balogun is an Agribusiness expert ,Industrial designer, and engineering consultant. He is currently the founder and the CEO of Balbus Uk, a corporate firm focused in mechanical and industrial products design
He has held leadership roles at companies in a variety of international markets such as food and beverages industry, export management, Agro processing and economic development.
His work included managing relationships with leading global companies in the commodity processing and trading, agric technology sectors, as well as contact with the Uk governments.
He has graduate and post graduate degrees in Industrial and mechanical Engineering from from Italy and United Kingdom
SOLOMON ATTAH
Solomon Attah Ikuku is a seasoned finance and business consultant with years of experience supporting corporations and financial institutions across various sectors.
Before moving into private practice, he held senior executive roles in the banking sector, where he developed deep expertise in business development, strategic planning, and financing solutions.
He has since applied that experience to assist both public and private organizations in navigating complex financial challenges and growth strategies.
Mr. Ikuku currently oversees the accounting and finance operations at Diosis Group and holds professional certifications as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA).
HUSSEIN AKINLABI
Mr. Hussein is an agribusiness professional, farmer, processor, and long-time consultant who has supported Diosis Group since its inception.
He is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Jeje Agro Ltd., a growing enterprise focused on agricultural production and processing. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Jeje Farm Corporation and held similar leadership roles in various food and beverage companies.
With over a decade of experience in plantation establishment, Mr. Hussein has worked extensively in crop and animal farming, organic agriculture, natural resource management, and fertilizer application. He also led the development of feed manufacturing operations, bringing added value to the agricultural supply chain.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.
